What You Will Do:
Own the overall success of your product mission area by leveraging and championing CureMint’s empowered product philosophy.
Lead the strategy, execution and success management of your product roadmap which aligns to CureMint’s strategic objectives and drives quantifiably higher customer value.
Work closely with customers, end users, industry experts and internal domain experts to continuously identify, plan and execute on top product opportunities with your rock-star design and development team members.
Conduct customer and end-user discovery interviews, attend industry events and become a thought leader in the area of e-procurement within the dental industry (and future verticals).
Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Support and Customer Success teams to deliver internal and external training, communication and rollout of new products and features.
- Coach and mentor other Product Managers on the team to grow their expertise in the product management discipline and foster a stronger team overall
What You Bring To The Team:
Real Experience: You have 5+ years of successfully driving and managing a B2B SaaS product roadmap and bringing new innovation to market. Your experience with procurement and / or financial accounting software is a big plus (but not required). Your MBA is also a plus (but not required).
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: You relish the opportunity to break down and solve complex problems and have an eternal curiosity about how to make products better.
Creativity and Instincts: You have a keen understanding of the difference between good products and great products. You attack difficult problems from new and unique perspectives to come up with simple yet powerful solutions.
Leadership: You can walk into a room of top notch engineers, designers, fellow product managers, and executives and get everyone behind a plan or vision. You have the ability to influence without authority. You pursue thought leadership and like to help others around you get better.
Voice-of-Customer: You love to collaborate with real users and customers to create and validate new products and features. You also look to key internal stakeholders within Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success for innovation inspiration.
Data Driven Prioritization: You’re masterful at determining top priorities out of dozens of opportunities, and justifying these decisions to the product team and company leadership. You’re passionate about using data and market evidence to drive decisions.
Organization & Accountability: You are a detail oriented risk identifier and barrier crasher with the ability to create order out of chaos and are driven by results.
Humility: You’re extremely confident but humble. You seek and respect opinions from all levels and types within the company, and have a growth mindset when it comes to receiving critical feedback.
Technical Savvy: You may be an ex-software engineer or developer with a technical degree, but regardless of past titles, you have the ability to effortlessly “talk the talk” and have intelligent conversations with engineers.
Coaching: You are naturally drawn to and enjoy leveraging your skills and experience to informally coach and mentor others on the Product team to become stronger performers.
