What You Bring To The Team:

  • A drive and passion to excel in your work while maintaining empathy and compassion for those you work with and the clients you serve
  • Prior account management skill (preferable CSM or AE role) 
    • Managing a book of business while being accountable for renewals 
    • Experience in leading client-facing meetings (account reviews, standups, guided discussions)
    • Experience in forecasting your book of business and expected outcomes (quarter, annual…)
  • You know your way around google sheets/excel 
  • Attention to detail...not saying you inventory all your socks, but project management gets you fired up, not make you sweat

  • Owning and being accountable for your book of business in the following ways:
    • Being a trusted advisor and leading customers to their vision of success

    • Education/Training
  • Effective and successful project management
  • Leading and facilitating focused client facing meetings/account reviews 
  • Ability to lead customers through the vision of success while guiding them to best practices
  • Shredding the box to find new and innovative ways to solve the problem
  • Flexibility to forge new paths, being a trailblazer is not for the faint of heart
  • Being held accountable against quantitative goals and knowing at all times where you stand against them
