What You Will Do:
You will report and work closely with our CEO in crafting and executing upon CureMint’s growth strategy. Here are the key responsibilities you’d have in this role:
Establishing monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts
The creation and the communication of leading indicators to report the health and progress of the sales organization
Improve Revenue and Sales Operations to align with other operations across the company
Close sales opportunities personally across multiple segmentations, from $2K to $200K in ACV
Lead revenue expansion efforts for current CureMint customers
Establish a sales playbook and collateral that unify CureMint’s unique value proposition to its stakeholders
Collaborate with Marketing on sales content creation and sales enablement strategy
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a synergetic customer journey through sales, onboarding, and expansion phases
Represent the voice of the customer by effectively collaborating with the Innovation team to help shape the product roadmap
